The FMU Hardcore BODYWEIGHT Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Here’s one of our BODYWEIGHT workouts you can do anywhere.

*For intermediate to advanced.

  • Set the clock to :15 seconds of work, :7 seconds rest.
  • Go through all three exercises in your circuit.
  • Then repeat for a total of 5 rounds (will be a total of 5:33 seconds when you’re done with five rounds).
  • Move on to your next circuit and do the same protocol.
  • Complete all 6 circuits.

For bonus complete the finisher for a total of 2:30.

  • Quick feet :10
  • 180 Jump Squats :10
  • Seal Jacks :10
  • Repeat this three move sequence for 2:30.
