*For intermediate to advanced.
- Set the clock to :15 seconds of work, :7 seconds rest.
- Go through all three exercises in your circuit.
- Then repeat for a total of 5 rounds (will be a total of 5:33 seconds when you’re done with five rounds).
- Move on to your next circuit and do the same protocol.
- Complete all 6 circuits.
For bonus complete the finisher for a total of 2:30.
- Quick feet :10
- 180 Jump Squats :10
- Seal Jacks :10
- Repeat this three move sequence for 2:30.
